The property is located in McKinney, Texas, which is northeast of downtown Dallas. The building features a rear-load configuration with a 135’ deep truck court, 32’ clear height, 26 dock doors, and 2 drive in doors with ramps.

The site is located in the Northeast Dallas submarket, one of the fastest growing submarkets in Dallas-Fort Worth. The property has great access to the many of the metro’s major thoroughfares, intersecting at Highway 75 and US-380. It is also close to the Dallas North Tollway, I-121, the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and downtown Dallas.

The land was acquired in 2016. This project was completed in Q1 2019.
