Material Supply Company Leases Space at Greenville’s Upstate Trade Center

Dalfen Industrial has leased a 154,440-square-foot space at Upstate Trade Center in Greenville. The tenant, represented by Rich Commercial Realty, is one of the largest building material supply companies in the country, according to a news release. The name of the tenant was not disclosed.

Upstate Trade Center is a Class A, 266,760-square-foot industrial facility, located two miles from Interstate 185 and 3.5 miles from the Interstate 85 corridor. The company touted the location for its accessibility to major Southeastern metropolitan areas such as Atlanta, Charlotte, Greensboro-Winston-Salem, Raleigh-Durham and Richmond, Va. The location offers a one-day trucking range to reach 107 million people, the release stated.

“Dalfen is pleased to welcome our newest tenant to Upstate Trade Center,” Tyler McElroy, Dalfen Industrial’s Southeast market officer, said in the release. “Situated in the center of one of the most prominent industrial corridors in the county, the Upstate State Trade center provides unparalleled access to several major metros, which is highlighted by its ability to attract these national tenants. We also want to express our gratitude to Rich Commercial Realty for their dedicated efforts in finalizing this lease.”

Dalfen Industrial LLC, headquartered in Dallas, is one of the largest privately owned industrial real estate firms in the United States and specializes in the last-mile property sector. The company focuses on strategically located urban infill warehouses and distribution facilities, owning and operating more than 55 million square feet of premier industrial properties nationwide.
