This property is located in the Southeast Austin industrial submarkets with great access to the airport as well as the Texas 130 toll road, SH-130, as well as Highways 71 and 183. The property is only six miles from downtown Austin. With the rapid influx of companies to the Austin area, the MSA is facing exponential population growth and increasing demand for industrial space.
The 92 acres of land for the Airport Logistics Center development was acquired by Dalfen in November 2020. This project was completed in Q2 2024.
