This property is located in one of Dallas/Fort Worth’s strongest industrial submarkets with great access to the metro’s major thoroughfares such as I-635, I-30 and I-80. It is also located less than three miles from the Mesquite Airport.
The 44.62 acres of land for the East Dallas Logistics Center development was acquired by Dalfen in February 2019. This project was completed in November 2020 and sold in March 2022.
