Built in 1991, Main Street Industrial Center is a cross-dock distribution facility, consisting of approximately 240,000 square feet of distribution space.
The property has excellent outside storage capabilities. The building also features 4,000 square feet of office space, 55 dock doors and 32′ maximum clear height. It was purchased in 2012 from a REIT. Although extremely well built with all the important features such as dock doors, parking ratios and turning radius, the property had fallen into disrepair through neglect after Sears had vacated. We have concluded a complete renovation including interior and exterior repainting, installation of T5 lights as well as a motorized fence.
