Phase II consists of 3, new Class A distribution centers totaling 1,333,790 square feet. The buildings feature 36'-40' clear heights and total 228 dock doors and 12 drive-in doors.

Location
This property is located in one of Dallas/Fort Worth’s strongest industrial submarkets with great access to the metro’s major thoroughfares such as I-635, I-20 and I-80. It is approximately 20 minutes away from downtown Dallas. It is also located less than a mile from the Mesquite Airport and approximately 30 minutes from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport as well as Dallas Love Field Airport.
The 54.7 acres of land for the Mesquite Airport development was acquired by Dalfen in December 2020. Phase I was completed in Q4 2022 and Phase II was completed in Q1 2024. Phase I of the industrial park sold in June 2024.
